8/10/2023 0 Comments Wake me up at 5 30I was fairly sure I slept somewhat like that when I was there, but one of those nights was aided by Zopiclone, to try to beat jetlag. I recently came home from an overseas trip and for a few days slept like that. What I do know is: if I get 6+ hours sleep, I feel like a whole new person. Sometimes exercise before bed helps, as well as in the morning, but I don’t have enough info about that. I have a much better sleep schedule now and am strict about when I work until. That said, the issue remains: I keep waking up with stressed out thoughts at 4.30, after getting to bed and sleep at 11.30, or 10.30 to 3.30 etc. Obviously, that is a huge payoff and I think that Trazedone was probably never appropriate for someone with such low BP. Since stopping the drug, my sleep is essentially the same, but my blood pressure (which is naturally around 90/60 in the morning) has recovered somewhat and I don’t feel deflated to the point of collapse come midday or 1pm, anymore. The day that was eventually governing my whole life. Of late, I’m not using a prescribed sleep aid after 1 year of 50mg Trazedone use didn’t actually help break the 3.5-4.5 issue and I was waking with very vivid distressing dreams, and had very low blood pressure throughout I do tend to sleep on my side, but this may just be habit. So much to learn from nature.I’m only 36 years old, but haven’t slept more than 4.5 hours at a time for years. Night routine - I don't have a night routine but would recommend reading a book.Healthy breakfast and early dinner somehow reduce the number of hours of sleep I need. I try to have my dinner early (usually before 7 p.m.) so that the food in my stomach is already digested by the time I go to bed. Diet - I eat healthy for breakfast during weekday - cereal, rolled oats soaked in apple juice, fruits, plain congee, slice of bread, nothing too oily.Moderate exercise improves sleep quality.
